I've read several posts about Brenda on Scifi GH board. Then she came over her and posted. I think she was looking for every GH board she could find to air out her dislike about the show. It's kinda hard to decide who is really credable and who is not. First, we've been waiting for an update on this accusation but nothing. Then I thought maybe Brenda was someone who wanted to stir up trouble for TAPS. It's pretty hard to make a decision who is right and who is wrong without more facts. So if you could help us, that would be great.

Gosh thank you for the warm welcome! And I do apologize for immediatley disapearing after I wrote that I was not going to do that! :o

I do have a bit of an excuse! Immediately after I wrote to you, my best friend decided to make my life and about 10 other people's lives, including her own, a living hell. How did she do that? For starters, by swallowing about 7 huge bottles of pills, NOT dying, and becoming psychotic. Throw in having zero funds for the ongoing rent and bills that she is now accumulating while we try to help her. Needless to say (and I actually cannot stand that phrase but can't think of another one) I have had almost no sleep or time to attend to my own life since this has happened. And yes, I know I have to make time and get rest or I will be sharing a bed in the psyche ward with her.

Anyhoo - lol, did not mean to scare you with the above, just figured even the evilest of attendance monitors wouldn't send me to the dean's office under these circumstances!

Back to the issue at hand: I can certainly appreciate why you have reason to doubt anyone, including Brenda, under these circumstances. I get a feeling she is legit though, just because she has been judicious about throwing around intel on all these boards.

I did actually try to contact her separetly to ask for clarification. She was kind enough to respond, and I think she will not mind my sharing what she told me. She said that her family was dealing with some current crisis (related to TAPs she did not say). She is under to much stress to stir up new problems by dessiminating (sp?) any further intel onTAPs on the internet.

That makes good sense to me. You can take info and interpret it as you see fit.

Again thanks for having me here and I do hope to get my own life back some day!

Friend seems to be stabilizing but not holding my breath. I am sure most everyone has had to deal with a similar crisis before. No one said this life was a pic nic. If it is, mine has bad mayonnaise, ants and missing a few sandwichs!

I wanted to ask for some clarification - can someone explain to me who Pay Hoyt, Brad and Michelle are? I was reading this entire thread from the beginning and see that I missed some interesting earlier stuff.

And since someone else claims the lady I talked to may not be the "real" Brenda, I am also flummoxed about that. I really cannot honestly say if she is or is not. If someone knew the name of her investigation group, it would help.
