Before we get going let me just say,not all dreams have meaning. If you can relate your dream to somthing in your waking life, say, you had a scary experience
during the day with a mean dog and that night you drempt of the dog.Its obviously just your subconscious trying to overcome that trauma your conscious had.but
it its eally something that stands out and you cant figure out what it refers to..... post it ill find out,or do my best to anyway.
The knowledge contained in dreams can be elusive. What we recall from dreams are often elusive fragments or images that seem disjointed.but at the same time seem meaningful. The interpretaion lies in the images, emotions or other thoughts etc that you remember from the dream.when posting about a certain dream, try to add as much as you can because every little thing can mean something.

Thank you cowbud.
My daughter said she had a dream about a truck chasing her last night. He was hitting other cars to try to get to her car. She said she was so scared that when she woke up this morning she was breathing hard. Said she woke up before the truck caught her. But she has a feeling it did catch her. Any thought on that dream? |

A truck often represents being overburdened with work or responsibilities. It is also a symbol of pregnant women, showing the extra "cargo" that they
have. Being chased is avoiding a situation in which one thinks that it is not possible to overcome. A colour of the truck would have helped in figuring out
where the source is coming from. From the sounds of it, it is something that she feels is not possible, but her responsibility, anyway, and it is overwhelming
her, catching /running into her, as in the dream.

Ithilidin wrote: Ok, thanks Ith. This could be true. I don't know what's going on with her job. They are talking about packing up and moving to another state. Maybe that's weighing on her. I will ask her if she remembers the colour of the truck that was chasing her. |

My daughter's dream about the truck. The color of the truck was dark grey.

The colour of fear, confusion, fear, fright and depression. So the responsibility that is chasing her is also confusing, frightening or depressing her,
perhaps some or all of them.

month) and why it still hasn't ended... and trust me when i say its a LONG running one.

Reoccurring dreams are often signs that something(s) has been unresolved. Until you can figure out what that is and try to do something about it, the dreams
will keep happening.

one of the dreams i use to get alot was about water. mostly the ocean. being unable to get back to shore. Sharks in the water. mostly rough waters. Or whales.
this was mostly as a kid.
My earlier where spent on the beach. fishing with family and stuff and sometimes the high tide did catch us so i dunno if it stemed from that. As i got older it changed. Better. Also use to dream about a coastline. sometimes the roand was washed away, cars having to drive on the water and stuff. it was the exact coast line every time.

Without specifics to go on, only the specific things mentioned will be interpreted.
The ocean is the emotional state of the dream. If the ocean is calm, the person is calm. If it is choppy or stormy, there is trouble or turmoil. The coastline is representative of the conscious and subconscious. A road through the water and the coastline shows a journey that will take you through the conscious and subconscious. This is most often a spiritual journey. If it seems unfamiliar, it means that it could end up causing more grief than is worth. If it is smooth, then things are going as planned. A dark road shows a path that leads to a choice where the dreamer is afraid to go. If it is a bordered road, as with trees or flowers or the like, it shows a climb up the social path. In the case of a washed out road, it means that there is an obstacle or setback in your goals. A shark is someone who you consider to be unscrupulous and/or greedy in nature. They will go after what they want without regard to others around them. The shark can also mean that the dreamer is going through a painful, unpleasant, or difficult emotional period. The shark represents anger, fierceness, and hostility and may be an emotional threat to their self or others. A whale shows the dreamer is attuned to their spirituality, or that a relationship or project is too large to handle.

the coastline is usually a nice coastline, heading north maybe, lots of trees. very much like my childhood fishing trips. I always enjoyed the road.
but i think its always heading south, that the coastline starts getting washed out The ocean was always rough. Close on shore. see all the dark spots that were sharks in the rising waves. But that hasn't happened in a while. Mostly now the tide is out and calm just the way i like it. I walk out to rocks were it is rough. trying to fish. water usually is rougher there. I also dream about land washing away. everything to the east of me sudden washed away and the ocean is all around and we live on the edge of a cliff, other house washed away. always scares me. i dream alot about water. Never been too far from it. specifics is kinda hard cause i use to try to make the dreams better and they hardly come. I use to dream about my high school. Going to school at night time. Or, wearing my uniform going back to school. always felt weird. I think some of my worse dreams were about plane crashes. they were horrible. I would see them explode in the sky, or they crashed in the forest and i always went looking for survivors. Burnt to characol once. they were all tiny. weird. okay i've been biten by a snake more than once in my dreams. I've been shot and felt my chest explode what about when you dream your running real fast trying to fly ? and when i do fly, i kinda sink and gotta flapped my arms to stay afloat. HA HA HA. DAMN I'M, A MESS LOL

You're not a mess soxykid. Not in my book. At least they are dreams. Have you ever lived one of these dreams? That when it's messed up. Good you

Have you ever made a note as to when you dreamed this? And checked world news to see if a story was familiar to your dream? Maybe you're seeing it before
it happened.
