'Jaws' Star Roy Scheider Dies...

Roy Scheider, famed for playing police chief Brody in the 'Jaws'
films, has died at the age of 75.

The actor was a two-time Oscar nominee, receiving a best supporting
actor nod for The French Connection and a best actor nomination for
1979's 'All That Jazz.'

He died at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences hospital
in Little Rock on Sunday.

The hospital did not release the cause of his death but confirmed
he had been diagnosed with myeloma in 2004 and had undergone a bone
marrow transplant.

Scheider's famous line - "You're gonna need a bigger boat" - was
voted number 35 in the American Film Institute's list of the best
100 quotes in US movies in 2005.
